Charming detached cottage with outdoor studio and sauna in a small colony of allotments. The long plot was divided into several parts to maximize the use of space: an entrance area with covered parking, the main living area with 2 floors and 60 m² of built-up area, a garden area that includes a studio and sauna (possible swimming pool in the future).

The connecting elements between the individual buildings are wood (wooden slats), gray plaster, and black accessory structures (window and door frames, roofing, chimneys, etc.).

Although the built-up area is 60 m², thanks to the efficient layout, we can find everything a family needs here. On the first floor, there is a spacious entrance hall with a storage room, next to it is a bathroom and a small hallway with a staircase and finally a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there are two separate children's rooms, a master bedroom with its own dressing room and in the middle of the layout we have a bathroom with toilet.

Both sides of the building offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
