A simple single-story bungalow with the aim of designing an optimal layout according to the Vastu system. A square foundation with the entrance facing north is the basic idea behind this system. The layout includes one large living area with a terrace, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen overlooking the main street.

The construction was carried out independently using locally available materials and recycled materials.
