A family house nestled in the hills with hidden nooks and crannies. There were many concepts; the one that caught the heart of its client emphasized simplicity, views and privacy. The majority of the house is hidden in the terrain, offering a large variety of spaces in a compact, minimal and yet cozy building. Two contrasting colors and materials were chosen for the facade: burnt wood cladding and white bricks.
Three floors: the first includes a garage, large closet, work area, spacious entrance and a large staircase leading to the second floor, which holds a 70 m² living room with kitchen, 35 m² of office space, and two outdoor areas — a hidden terrace next to the office and a spacious terrace next to the living room totalling 100 m², plus storage and a large bathroom.
The top floor is a private family area with a children's room, living room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate children's bedroom, storage and access to two additional hidden terraces. Wherever you look, you are in direct contact with the surrounding nature. A completely private part of the property includes a swimming pool, children's playground and garden shed.
This house is full of surprising spaces — playful, cozy, full of light and tranquility.
