A family house nestled in the hills with hidden nooks and crannies. There were many concepts, the one that caught the heart of its client was the one with emphasis on simplicity, views and privacy. The majority of the house is hidden in the terrain, it offers a large variety of spaces, it is a compact building, minimal and yet cozy. Two contrasting colors and materials were chosen for the facade: burnt wood as cladding and white bricks.
There are 3 floors: the first one includes a garage, large closet, work area, spacious entrance and a large staircase that leads to the second floor. There is a 70 m² living room with a kitchen, 35 m² of office space, and two outdoor areas: a hidden terrace next to the office and a spacious terrace next to the living room with a total amount of 100 m². The second floor includes storage space next to the kitchen and a large bathroom with toilet.
The top floor is a private family area, where you will find a children's room, living room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate children's bedroom, storage space and access to two additional hidden terraces. Wherever you look, you are in direct contact with the surrounding nature. There is another part of the property that is completely private. This part includes a swimming pool, a children's playground and a garden shed.
This house is full of surprising spaces, it is playful, cozy, full of light and tranquility.
