In the old neighborhood of Královo Pole, a building with new living options has been designed. A three-story terraced house with separate residential units.

The first floor is created for the client and his needs, while the other two units are for students, young couples, etc. The layout of the individual apartments has been designed with the possibilities of the land and its views in mind.

The views of the garden are reserved for the living area with kitchen, while the views of the main quiet street are reserved for the bedrooms. In the middle of the layout there is a bathroom, separate toilet, storage space and entrance. To make the apartments as comfortable as possible, each floor has access to the outdoor area via balconies and terraces.

The building is designed according to modern standards and uses modern materials such as wood, concrete, white plaster, black window frames, concrete screeds and metal elements. Given that there are other buildings with modern flat roofs on the street, this was also chosen for the design.
